How do I care for my earrings?
Looking after your jewellery is important as it will prolong the life of your jewels. Limit tarnishing by keeping them in the box provided. Avoid spraying with hairspray or perfumes and take care when putting on as dropping may cause breakages.
What happens if my earrings tarnish?
The more you wear the less they will tarnish! By using the silver cloth provided you can polish the metal bringing it back to a shine.
For the earrings that have gems, it’s also recommended that you give your jewels a bath now and then in warm water with dishwashing detergent giving them a little scrub with a soft toothbrush – hello sparkle.
How do I look after my polishing cloth?
The polishing cloth should not be washed as it will remove the polishers that are impregnated within the cloth. The cloth can be reused many times even after it turns black.
Breakages?
If there is a manufacturing fault, please get in contact with us here. Please note that if you drop or mistreat your earrings this is not covered for repair or replacement.
I don’t have pierced ears, can the earrings be converted into clip ons?
Yes! Some of our designs are convertible to clip on, get in contact with us here to discuss.
Why do my earrings look different to the picture?
Each earring is handmade, and because of this slight differences within the earrings will may occur. Stones and pearls are natures gift and can vary in appearance making each pair of earrings truly unique.
As the stones and earrings are all unique, variances may occur which are characteristics of each design and stone, these are not grounds for refunds.
Payment
All items are paid in full prior to shipping. Custom designs require a 50% deposit prior to work commencing.

Packaging and delivery
If you have a special event in mind, please let us know so we can get your earrings to you as soon as possible.
We have gone to great lengths to ensure the product is packaged properly, ensuring the product arrives to you safely. All goods will be sent via Australia Post - it is advised that you opt for postal insurance (postal insurance box to “add to cart”).

How long will my order take?
All orders are sent via Australia post. All earrings over $1000 automatically qualify for express post. Express post is available for all other orders at an additional cost. It is advised that you opt for postal insurance (postal insurance box to “add to cart”). For more information about shipping check our Shipping policy.
Returns and exchanges
For hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be returned. If there is any fault with the product, please get in contact with us. For more information about returns, refunds and exchanges visit our Returns page.
