Our process takes you from the unfamiliar to the familiar. A linear journey mindful to the sentiment of your vision.

Stage 01

Kelly Woodcroft welcomes you on a communal journey. Work alongside our Master Jeweller, Kelly herself, to create a piece that marks life’s magical moments.

Stage 02

Here's where the fun really begins. We'll meet again and this time Kelly will have stones for you to select* and an initial design. *Dependent on availability — that perfect stone can be hard to source, but it is always, always worth the wait! Stones selected overseas may incur shipping delays, but Kelly will update you every step of the way.

Stage 03

Creation begins! Kelly will send updates as she progresses with the manufacture of your custom piece. Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for completion — this will depend on the complexity of the design.
