Refund policy

Unfortunately we are unable to issue refunds or exchanges unless there is manufacturing fault present in your purchase at the time of receipt.

Please choose carefully as for hygiene reasons we do not offer an exchange or refund for any items where you have changed your mind, decided you did not like the purchase, or had no use for it. 

If you purchased a Kelly Woodcroft piece from another retailer, please consult that retailer’s applicable policies. We are not responsible for items purchased from other retailers.

REFUNDS

All faulty items will be fully inspected before a refund can be issued. The product must be sent within 3 business days of making a claim for faulty goods with tracking number. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund once we have received your return.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.


EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the faulty item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
