Pavé set, diamond-encrusted silver stars with overlaid 18ct yellow gold stars sit atop the elaborate design; rose cut, pink garnets and yellow, rutilated quartz encased in 18ct yellow gold sparkle brilliantly below; and hot pink, chalcedony drops complete a jaw-dropping look that are totally rock star and our most elaborate creation by far.
